The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the "Our Collection" section of our site. The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect resemblance to the product, particularly as regards the colours. However, if errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, DIARY cannot be held responsible. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual.

For acceptance of the order on the Site, the Customer must imperatively follow a series of steps, made available by our company DIARY, to validate his order. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively confirming his order, to check the details and its total price, and to correct any errors, in particular with regard to his delivery address, before confirming it by express acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of these conditions. DIARY will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order or which contravenes the provisions hereof.

In this case, DIARY will inform the Customer by e-mail. Furthermore, if the customer does not proceed with the correction of erroneous elements or elements contrary to these general conditions of sale, DIARY reserves the right not to process the order.

DIARY undertakes to send a summary confirmation email of the order (products, price, quantity, reductions, etc.) to the email address provided at the time of the order. The customer then chooses the payment method

By credit card: the customer is automatically directed to the electronic payment server of the Stripe company, as a jewelry payment provider, which is protected by the Stripe company. The customer must enter the credit card number, the expiry date, the name of the card holder and the visual security code corresponding to the last digits on the back of the credit card.
By making this payment, the customer guarantees that he is fully authorized to use the payment card for the payment of his order and that this card gives access to sufficient funds to cover all expenses arising from this order.

By providing their credit card details, the customer accepts that the DiaryJewelry company proceeds with the secure transaction.

Paypal: the customer accesses his Paypal payment area to carry out the transaction with Diary Jewelry under the heading "DIARY JEWELRY", with the conditions and security standards provided by Paypal.
The data recorded and stored by Diary constitute proof of the order and of all the transactions made. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. 

By clicking on the "payment" button, the customer confirms his order. 

It should be noted that the order is validated and shipped only after confirmation of the validity of the payment made by the customer.

The customer must validate the delivery method offered to them, namely:

Delivery by Colissimo, chronopost, mondial relay, 
Or other if the customer resides outside France
When choosing the delivery method, the customer is informed of the amount of the delivery costs, as well as the delivery times.

The customer must indicate the address they wish to be delivered to if it is different from the address provided in the previous step. As well as his phone number to be contacted by the company in charge of delivery.

The Customer has a period of 15 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties. The product must imperatively be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its purchase invoice to the following address:

Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the buyer will not be taken back. Refunds for products will be made within a maximum period of 30 days of receipt of the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of his order.
